My name is Brandon Nichols, I have had several business in my life from a home builder of 10 years to owning a custom motorcycle shop for 8. I love anything custom and have found working with wood to be the most satisfying. My passion is building quality custom one off pieces of art or furniture, from the wood we process right here on our property. I'm fascinated by using only my hands and tools to create one of a kind pieces to become a part of your home.
How it all started.. I was doing excavation when the pandemic hit and I used that time to follow my dreams and start a wood shop. That way I could be home and support my family. After searching for wood to build with I got frustrated in not finding what I wanted to work with. So I set out to create my own wood. My plan was to get a mill and mill my own wood and take it to a kiln and get it dried. Unknowingly to me all the kilns had a list off restrictions. Has to be a certain length, cant be to thick and they wouldn't dry rounds because it messed up there stacking. After that I built my own kiln so that I could produce the materials I wanted to work with. Then I met a bunch of people just like me and realized there were a lot of people looking for quality cut and dried wood to produce that one of a kind piece of art they have in there mind. That's what we love creating with here and we know you will love creating with it as well. As you know in wood working its a process to get the wood as you want it. We will work with you in any of the steps you need. From a standing tree to furniture decorating your home reminding you of the tree you used to swing in as you were a kid. Its always amazing to create something that was a thought in my head or someone's else's head.

PAPOW
Many of you might ask what does PAPOW mean. Well it comes from years of coming up to my wife and showing her a picture or a piece of wood, and I would always say, Just like many of you... "Hey babe look at this Pretty Ass Piece Of Wood!" lol So she shortened it and now all we have say is PAPOW!!! We believe everyone deserves a little PAPOW in there life.
Process
Each piece is designed to fit the space and according to your requests. I start with a consultation to find out what you're looking for. Then and we'll work together to finalize a design you love. Then, we get to building!
There are several different ways that we can work with you. You can pick from a large selection of pre dried wood from our kiln for your project. You can bring us the wood to work with or if its a species that we might not have in stock that your project requires we will locate it for you. Wood workers you can purchase your wood threw us for you own projects. We will also take special orders where we will mill and dry desired sizes and lengths for anyone to work with. Here at Triple Nichols we know how hard it can be to find that one special piece of wood. You can get lumber anywhere. Our wood is where any great artistic piece can start from.
Guarantee
We create pieces you can enjoy for years to come. If you ever encounter a design flaw or craftsmanship issue, we will fix or replace the piece. I'm also always available to help you you maintain the look of your piece.
